The “Bliss month-of coordination” helps you finalising and checking your wedding checklist. This service is tailored to couples who plan their own wedding and require an extra set of eyes. We help you to optimise your planning and coordinate on the big day itself.

A month prior to your wedding we’ll go through your script. Revise and optimise where necessary. Fully coordinate your wedding day so you can enjoy your wedding. Let a professional take care of you.

Let’s meet or have a call to chat and get to know each other. It is so essential for us to have great synergy from the start! We need to understand your planning needs, personality, and your story. All great things start at hello.

Proposal

After the meeting/call, we will send you a tailored planning proposal. Once the proposal is accepted, we begin the fun part number one - the Ibiza wedding planning phase. We will start with sourcing the venue. Taking your preferences and budget in account we'll ensure the right venue. Together with our designers we will elevate every venue. Moreover, we will ensure that the whole process is a joyful and stress-free journey. Enjoy your big day to the fullest!

Designing & planning

Once we secure the venue, the magic starts with you and our design team. With incredible eye for detail your venue will look stunning. The venue should reflect you as a couple. Together we will make the dream a reality. Now that the design is finished we focus on the vendors. You are in good hands with our vast network. We schedule meetings, menu tastings plan the logistics and revise contracts. All items required so your wedding day will run smoothly.

Wedding day management

Your wedding day is your time to shine. Enjoy every little moment to the fullest. Leave the rest to us. During the big day we'll coordinate the vendors and make sure everything goes according to script. We'll start the day of by checking the venue for every little detail. Run through decor and equipment - nothing can be missed, and all must be ready! We will welcome your guests and guide them to the welcome drink area and the ceremony. Ensuring everyone is cared for. We are there for last-minute requests and unexpected occasions!

Bliss Ibiza weddings are one-of-a-kind bespoke events. We schedule a limited amount of weddings each season. This to safeguard our high standards. Wedding prices can range from €35.000 to well over half a million.
